Cathy Prince has been a trainer and manager in the fitness industry for over 6 years, quickly rising to the upper echelon of personal trainers in the industry.  She is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has been practicing the gentle art for 6 years.

Ed Gemdjian has been an educator, manager and trainer in the fitness industry for more than 15 years.  He has performed over 20,000 one on one personal training sessions serving clients of all age groups, abilities and goals. He’s been training and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the past 6 years.
